Welcome to our page Creative Angles Real Estate, LLC (C.A.R.E) d.b.a HomeVestors of America. As you can see from our name the first letters in our company name is what we strive to do to help our clients. We "C.A.R.E"

After countless hours and weeks and after a year of investigating different franchises and so on. My son and I had decided the best option to be HomeVestors of America, Inc. With a reputable company that strives on focusing on the customer and their needs pertaining to their situation this seemed to be the avenue that we decided to choose with our experience.

I, David Clark Sr. operate this business with my son David Jr. Now to tell you a little bit about me. I was formerly a police officer in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. During that time of my 25+ years there I have achieved many goals. I was hired as a patrolman in October of 1973. I had been promoted to Sergeant of the department in 1978. Then in 1980, I was promoted to Lieutenant/Acting Chief of the department. After retiring in 1996, I had taken a position as an Instructor at the College of New Jersey from 1996 to 1998. Then in 1998 to 2006 I was employed by US Airways in the Operations Department. Also, during that whole period I had raised my son and daughter in Lower Bucks County. Since retiring from my police career, I am now a grandfather of six grandchildren, Dominic, Ethan, Ashton, Aydan, Mason and Lundyn.

I, David Clark Jr. am a business partner whom manages the business on a daily basis with all of the daily operations and functions of it. I had graduated from Schilcher-Kratz Real Estate Institute in North Wales, Pa. and hold a Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales License. I also attended Bucks County Community College and focused on business and real estate. I have three boys Dominic, Ethan and Ashton as well as my girlfriend Dannielle. I love to spend time with all of them on a daily basis. My oldest son Dominic will also be employed with our company as well.

Since joining HomeVestors in 2013, all of our team at Creative Angles Real Estate, LLC has completed extensive training and we comply with all of HomeVestors strict purchasing guidelines so that our investors receive the best prices possible in the market. Though we are backed by a national company, we live right here in town. We are focused on improving the neighborhoods of our city and surrounding areas one house at a time. We are named amongst the top 10 franchises nationally five years straight.

We specialize in purchasing properties in "as-is" condition. We then specialize in purchasing these properties below market value (for a majority need work), then either selling or fixing these properties up. On a daily basis we work with other realtors, investors, contractors and homeowners. We then at that point with all the people we work with bring property values up in neighborhoods one house at a time.

We at C.A.R.E cater to multiple investor goals and so forth, whether it's a rehab and/or retail flip, a turnkey investment opportunity, acquiring or starting a rental portfolio with equity or maybe just a handyman special fixer upper. We can purchase properties anywhere in the U.S.A but were focused on our home area counties in Pennsylvania & New Jersey to purchase them in Bucks County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, Delaware County, and in New Jersey, Mercer County, Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Atlantic County, Ocean County and Monmouth County. We as well will explore any areas nearby that may not have been specifically mentioned in the counties that we named. We work with many realtors and investors and have an established clientele list of investors in the wholesale market. As an experienced real estate investor we have our investors as well as new investors that become repeat customers to us.
